Rated 5 out of 5??by Bubby WOW, powerful, handy and good price
This is my first TORO product and I am very impressed because it is light weight, easy to handle and very powerful. I had a little trouble figuring out how to advance the cord, but after reading and folowing the instructions, it worked fine.

Rated 4 out of 5??by Shiro So far so good
This trimmer is a little heavy. The motor is very powerful and the unit is easy to use. It is difficult to get into tight spots due to it's size.

Rated 5 out of 5??by chelseasdad Heavy Duty
This trimmer appears to be well designed and constructed. The component parts seem to be heavy duty. Our old Toro trimmer is nineteen years old and is used regularly. It still operates well but we purchased this unit to help manage some heavy weeds and field grass at the rear of our new house. It is too early to comment on long term durability but right out of the box it looks like a quality trimmer.

Works great, powerful, love the fact that it functions as both a trimmer and an edger, easy to use

Rated 4 out of 5??by Frank172 Quality is obvious
Very well engineered. This was a replacement for an ancient Toro Electric that served me well for almost 15 years. It's a little heavier than my old one, and perhaps a little noisier, but it more than makes up for it with its power, edging ability and auto string delivery. I'm learning to love it.

Rated 5 out of 5??by Abby So far so good
So far it's been working well, but it's pretty heavy so I bought a harness for it. My handyman had trouble with rethreading the spool, he said it was really complicated. I bought a different twine that came highly recommended and hope that it will be more durable that the one that came with the trimmer.

Rated 2 out of 5??by Ron1860 Auto-Feed is a problem
The unit has plenty of power and cutting ability. However, the auto-feed leaves a lot to be desired. To advance the string you stop, wait 2 seconds, then start... Most of your time will be spend doing this. Or, you can turn the unit upside-down and press the button and pull the strings out. I find myself doing this more than actually using the unit.
