There is a lifetime warranty on all mixer Bearings and Seals excluding labor charges. Please refer to your warranty statement in your operator's manual for further details.

Why won't my Mixer start?

Verify the Following:

  • The fuel valve is in the "Off" position
  • The choke is closed
  • The engine On/Off switch is in the "Off" position
  • The fuel tank is empty
  • The spark-plug wire is loose or disconnected
  • The spark plug is fouled or improperly gapped
  • The fuel is old or bad.

Why does the engine run rough or lack power?

Verify the Following:

  • The air filter is restricted
  • The engine contains bad/old fuel
  • There is water or contamination in the fuel
  • The fuel line is restricted
  • The choke is closed
  • The spark plug is worn or has buildup on the electrodes

Why does the belt slip or come off the pulleys (if applicable)?

Verify the Following:

  • The belt tension is insufficient
  • The belts are worn
  • The pulley(s) are worn
  • The pulley(s) are misaligned

Why do the paddles rotate when the clutch lever is in the "OFF" position (if applicable)?

Verify the Following:

  • The clutch lever is not adjusted correctly
  • The belt guide is not adjusted correctly

Why don't the paddles rotate when the clutch lever is in the "ON" position (if applicable)?

Verify the Following:

  • The clutch lever is not adjusted correctly
  • The paddles are stuck in the drum
