I have only used once so far, I really like it. Great going up a slight hill using the personal pace.

Rated 5 out of 5??by Kaleberg So far, pretty good
We are tired of yank starting balky lawnmowers, so we bought one with electric start. It seems to work pretty well, though when the blades stop in thick grass, it needs to be cleaned out a bit. It is light and maneuverable. The push bar speed control is responsive. It backs up easily which makes corners and culs de sac easier to deal with.
This is the wet season in the Pacific northwest, and that means our lawn is full of thick, fast growing grass that always seems to hold water even a few days after a rain. We use the side discharge this time of the year since mulching and bagging tend to clog the blades. We've only gotten stopped once or twice on our first run which is pretty darned good. The four inch high grass at the base of the hill is pretty tough, but this mower is up to it.
We can't really say too much about dependability since we've only had it a few days, but so far, pretty good.

Rated 4 out of 5??by texgolfcon Need to update the manual
Took me a while to get this thing assembled and it shouldn't have. Instructions in manual said to change out the fuse in the battery. As it turned out the fuse was already installed but was attached to a plastic shroud. After fumbling with it for an hour trying to get the battery, the fuse holder, and the shroud installed, I pulled up pictures on YouTube. At first this confused matters more, because, while similar, the installation didn't match this model. I finally determined that the shroud was not needed and the fuse and fuse holder needed to be moved to the battery tray. This was no where in the manual.
OK, after getting the battery in and secure, I was ready to go. However, there was a blue knob on the handle that apparently was a part of the starter. This was not described in the manual either. Although not clear how to install the knob, it did fit in the hole of the starter well and once pushed in was secure.
Once going performed exceptionally in mulch and bag mode!!

Rated 5 out of 5??by PUDDIN1 This mower has a lot of great features
I have not used this mower yet, but it went together very easy, all but one thing, and that was installing the battery and case. Very difficult to replace the battery unit. I would like to know what I am doing wrong.

This is my 2nd Toro 22', starts with push of a button, love that, nor more pulling. Easy to operate and maintain.

Rated 1 out of 5 3rd return on this lawn mower.
NO quality assurance in the construction. The first one the drive belt fell off on the second time of use. The shop said the belt mechanism was put on backwards. The second one ran rough and ploomed smoke, the repair place confirmed it was put together wrong. The Thrid one now makes a clicking noise on the back left tire when I wheeled it from my car to the storage shed. What am I supposed to do now. It is 4 hours old? Do I take this 3rd one back, and try for a fourth?
