Overview

Toro's 8" cordless trimmer has a sleek design leading to improved balance, ease of use and lighter weight, weighing less than 6.5 pounds. This trimmer is powered by a durable 12-volt battery so that you are not constrained by an extension cord and you don't have to hassle with gas and oil. Toro trimmers also make it easy to manage your trimming line. With the patented bump-feed system, you simply tap the trimmer head when you need more line; you control how much line you use. The battery fully recharges in 24 hours. The trimmer is covered by Toro's 2-year full warranty.

Rated 2 out of 5??by Lou29 The trimmer doesn't feed line well. I have been disappointed in this trimmer. It is a bump/feed trimmer to advance the trimming line. My trimmer does not advance the trimming line. I have spent more time rewinding the line than trimming. March 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5??by CWcw Overall a good product but not excellent. I wanted a cordless trimmer due to the size of my yard. This trimmer is lightweight and easy to handle with either hand. The battery will last as long as it is fully charged prior to use. The main drawback is the cord becomes tangled and has to be manually disengaged which is time consuming. March 10, 2013

This was definitely NOT as good as the previous one I owned. When the battery on the previous unit expired, I found that the replacement battery cost more than a new trimmer, so I chose that route. I now regret it because this trimmer tends to succumb to the cord tangling too often. Another item that TORO could improve upon is the fact that the owner's manual does not contain part numbers. Neither did the Operator's Manual for the lawn mower that I owned. That was the LAST TORO mower I have purchased. March 6, 2013

This trimmer has been a very good trimmer for me.I have to do a lot of trimming around almost 2 mobile homes a shed and a fence.I wished the battery lasted longer.I just do some trimming first then mow why it is charging more.I would recomend this product for easy trimming of your lawn on a weekly basis Very easy for a woman to use not heacy at all.
