Proven Durability
The Groundsmaster® 580-D has proven itself to be a rugged, durable performer since its introduction in 1989. Heavy duty welded steel decks and frames provide extra durability and long life. The traction unit uses variable axial two-speed piston motors to drive planetary gear final drives. The planetary system gears down the load on the wheel motors resulting in lower pressures, lower temperatures, higher efficiency and longer life.
