  • When does the program start and end?

    Purchases made August 1, 2013 through November 15, 2013 are eligible for the promotion and must be registered by November 15, 2013.

  • What snowfalls are counted?

    Snowfalls from October 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014 are included in the official total for the season.

  • How do I find out which weather station I'm linked to?

    Visit www.toro.com/snorisk and enter your zip code.

  • What is the annual average snowfall for where I live?

    Visit www.toro.com/snorisk and enter your zip code.

  • How is my weather station determined?

    It is determined by your zip code. The closest qualified official government weather reporting station is measured from the center of the zip code you live in.

  • How do I register my purchase as part of the promotion?

    Visit www.toro.com/snorisk and register. You will need your receipt number, model number, and serial number to register. Your receipt number could also be a ticket number, invoice number, order number, etc. Please ask your retailer what number to use.

  • How will I know if I successfully registered?

    After submitting your registration, you will be taken to a thank you page that confirms your registration. You will also be emailed a confirmation with your official weather station, complete with annual snowfall, what 50% of the average is, and what 10% of the average is.

  • How will a payout be determined?

    If it snows less than 10% of the annual average from October 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014, you will receive a rebate in the amount of 100% of Toro's suggested promotional price. If it snows less than 50% but greater than 10% of the annual average from October 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014, you will receive a rebate in the amount of 10% of Toro's suggested promotional price.

  • What is Toro's suggested promotional price for my model?

  • How will I know if I qualify or if I am no longer qualified?

    You will receive an email when you are no longer qualified. You can check on the status of your weather station throughout the winter at www.toro.com/snorisk. At the end of the promotion in April 2014, it can take up to three months to determine the final official snowfall total. Those who are eligible for payment will be paid in August of 2014.

  • What if I bought a snowblower last year. Can I register it?

    No. Only snowblowers purchased from August 1, 2013 through November 15, 2013 are eligible to be registered.

  • What if I don't have a computer to use to register?

    You can mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to The Toro Company attn.: S'No Risk Promotion at 8111 Lyndale Ave. S., Bloomington, MN 55420 and Toro will mail you a registration form that you will need to mail back.

  • What if I have access to a computer but prefer to mail in a form vs. submit it online?

    You can print a copy of the registration form at www.toro.com/snorisk and mail it to The Toro Company attn.: S'No Risk Promotion at 8111 Lyndale Ave. S., Bloomington, MN 55420.
