What kind of oil do I use in my EFI engine?

Kohler recommends 10W-30 motor oil in the crankcase of the engine.

My hydro pumps seem to be making more noise than usual. What could be the problem?

Check the hydro reservoir immediately after running the unit. If there is foam in the oil you have an air leak on the suction side of the hydro system. Inspect the hose fittings between the reservoir and the pumps. If there are any that appear install a hose clamp on the hose at the fitting. Replace any hoses that appear damaged. Refill the reservoir only to the top of the baffle in the reservoir.

I do not agree with my distributor's assessment of a potential warranty repair, what are my options?

Ask your distributors to contact his Distributor Service Manager to mediate the dispute. The Distributor Service Manager will contact the LCB Customer Care department and we will become involved if necessary.
