There is a lifetime warranty on all mixer Bearings and Seals excluding labor charges. Please refer to your warranty statement in your operator's manual for further details. 

General Maintenance

Verify the Following:
  • The engine switch on the cowl is in the stop position
  • The fuel valve is in the Off position.
  • The On/Off switch on the engine is in the Off position.
  • The fuel tank is empty.
  • The spark-plug wire is loose or disconnected.
  • The spark plug is fouled or improperly gapped.
  • The fuel is old or bad.
Verify the Following:
  • The belts are loose or damaged
Verify the Following:
  • The drum-tilt brake is engaged
Verify the Following:
  • There is debris in the drum
  • The mixing paddles are damaged
Verify the following: 
  • The connector for the machine is not plugged in to a power source.
  • The current protector for the electrical source is open
Verify the Following:
  • The drum is overfilled
  • Extension cord too long or too high of a gauge

General Maintance

Verify the Following:
  • The fuel valve is in the "Off" position
  • The choke is closed
  • The engine On/Off switch is in the "Off" position
  • The fuel tank is empty
  • The spark-plug wire is loose or disconnected
  • The spark plug is fouled or improperly gapped
  • The fuel is old or bad.
Verify the Following:
  • The air filter is restricted
  • The engine contains bad/old fuel
  • There is water or contamination in the fuel
  • The fuel line is restricted
  • The choke is closed
  • The spark plug is worn or has buildup on the electrodes
Verify the Following:
  • The belt tension is insufficient
  • The belts are worn
  • The pulley(s) are worn 
  • The pulley(s) are misaligned
Verify the Following:
  • The clutch lever is not adjusted correctly
  • The belt guide is not adjusted correctly
Verify the Following:
  • The clutch lever is not adjusted correctly
  • The paddles are stuck in the drum

General Maintenance

Verify the Following if the engine will not start:
  • The fuel tank is empty.
  • The spark plug is pitted, fouled, or the gap is incorrect. 
  • The air cleaner is dirty
Verify the Following:
  • The belt is broken
  • The clutch is broken or worn out
  • The eccentric bearing has seized
Verify the Following:
  • Note: The clutch can get extremely hot and cause burning of the skin
  • A foreign object is lodged against the eccentric sheave
  • The oil level in the eccentric housing is too high
  • The clutch has slipped
  • Engine RPM is not reaching full RPM
Verify the Following:
  • The oil level in the eccentric housing is too high
  • The belt is loose.
Verify the Following:
  • The water tank is empty
  • The sprinkler is closed
  • The sprinkler manifold is clogged

  • The air cleaner is dirty
Verify the Following:
  • The oil level in the eccentric housing is too high
  • The belt is loose
Verify the Following:
  • Note: The clutch can get extremely hot and cause burning of the skin.
  • A foreign object is lodged against the eccentric sheave
  • The oil level in the eccentric housing is too high
  • The clutch has slipped

General Maintenance

Verify the Following:
  • The emergency stop button is activated
  • The battery is discharged
  • The electrical connections are corroded or loose
  • A fuse is blown or loose
  • The starter or starter solenoid is damaged
  • Internal engine components are seized
Verify the Following:
  • Using the correct starting procedure (refer to Operator's Manual
  • The fuel tank is empty
  • The fuel-shutoff valve is closed
  • The fuel system in contaminated
  • Improper fuel grade for cold temperature use
  • Fuel filter is obstructed
  • Air filter is obstructed
  • The injection nozzles or pump are malfunctioning
  • Tip switch is faulty
  • The engine crankcase is overfilled
Verify the Following:
  • The cooling air system is restricted
  • The oil crankcase oil in incorrect
  • The engine experiences excessive load
  • The fuel system has the incorrect fuel type
Verify the Following:
  • The engine crankcase has low oil level
  • The oil pressure switch is faulty
Verify the Following:
  • The electrical system is faulty
  • The battery is not charging
Verify the Following:
  • The traction control lever not fully engaged
  • The parking brake is engaged
  • Rocks or foreign material are wedged between the scraper and the drum
  • The hydraulic fluid level is low
  • The hydraulic pump and/or wheel motor is damaged
Verify the Following:
  • The eccentric support bearing is seized
  • The eccentric motor is faulty
  • The solenoid is faulty in the directional control valve
Verify the Following:
  • The mode switch is in the manual-mode position
  • The ignition switch is in the On position. Note: When unit is not in use, ignition switch must be in OFF position to prevent battery drainage
  • The battery for the radio-control transmitter is faulty
  • The operator is using the wrong radio-control transmitter for the machine
  • The radio-control receiver has no power to it
Verify the Following:
  • The radio-control receiver has a possible chip failure
