The goal of Toro.com is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied and need to make a return, most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full credit less shipping unless return is due to a Toro error. Items must be in their original packaging. (You can NOT send back any product that has been fueled, even if it has been drained.)

Note: Some product/parts are not returnable, even within the 30 days. A non-returnable product/part is identified as such on the product page.

Credit should appear on your credit card / bank statement within four weeks of return. You will be notified via email once the credit is processed.

To return a product, sign in to Toro.com and click on My Account then click on Order History. Click on the View Order Details for the order on which you need to make a return. The system will then guide you through the process of generating a return and supply you with a return mailing label to print.

For "Guest" purchases click on Order Status in the bottom footer under Customer Service. Enter your Order Number and Email Address. This will bring you to your Order Details page where you can create your return.

Note: Items returned without the RETURN LABEL on the outside of the package will delay processing.
