The Commercial Education & Training department has proudly offered turf equipment training to Toro end user customers for over 20 years. This popular program is designed for Golf and Sports Fields & Grounds equipment technicians, golf course superintendents, sports fields managers, or anyone at a facility with turf equipment maintenance responsibility.
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, we unfortunately had to postpone sessions last fall and for the first time in the program’s history and deliver all material virtually. Although the virtual format was appreciated by attendees given the difficult circumstances, distributors and customers alike have asked that the program return to in-person as soon as possible.
With COVID-19 conditions improving, we are thrilled to announce the Toro Turf Technician Training Program will once again be conducted in-person! Despite our excitement, please know that in holding these sessions, our first priority is the well-being of Toro’s distributor partners, their customers, and our employees. All CDC guidelines and local Toro safety requirements will subsequently be enforced as follows:
We have scheduled three sessions, each three days in length and held at Toro World Headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota. Sessions begin with a welcome reception on Monday evening and class starts Tuesday at 8 a.m. CST. Sessions end mid-day on Thursday, so departures are recommended after 5 p.m.
